Delete Guides  can delete all page and spread guides from every page in the frontmost document in one hit. I find this invaluable at work where I receive clients files which have been wallpapered with guides, and thus hiding the layout underneath. Rather than option clicking in full page view, on each ruler, to delete page guides, zooming out and option clicking again to rid of the spread guides, on each ruler, and then on every page, I can remove all guides in a tick with this script.
